This is such an easy addition to a meal! Great little appetizer, or a delicious dessert, you (and any guests you might have) will love it! I also saw this one on instagram, I think Kristy Denney if I remember correctly! I looked on her blog for a recipe to link but couldn’t find one. She has a lot of great little recipes and other lifestyle posts, so you might be interested in that!
I made this on a night that we were having hatch green chili shredded chicken bowls (think shredded chicken, rice, black beans, grilled bell peppers and toppings…) and it was such a delicious addition to that meal! I used it as an appetizer that night, but I really love it as a healthier dessert option! Try it out and let me know what you think!
Ingredients:
- strawberries
- apples
- lemon juice
- Seite churro chips
What to do:
- Dice the strawberries and apples, place into a bowl.
- Squeeze a fresh lemon over the fruit and stir. (This will keep it from turning brown!)
- Dip the churro chips into the mix and enjoy! (SO easy!)
