Mary’s Whole Life has become one of my favorite sites to peruse when I am looking for something different to make for dinner. She has SO many flavorful meal options, all of which are Whole30 or Paleo to some extent. Even though we aren’t concerned with eating a Whole30 lifestyle these days as much as I used to be, I still like going to those kinds of recipes for dinner because I know they will be a low inflammatory meal option for us.
This Spicy Shrimp recipe is one of our favorites, it’s SO easy, so easy that I will make it even on Friday nights haha! It’s tasty, and a little different than our normal go to meals, so I wanted to have it linked here to access it easier because I make it all the time!
This is somewhat of a shorter post, because I will leave the link here with you to reference if you are interested! My main tip is to start the cauliflower rice first, because if you do the shrimp first it will either get over cooked or end up sitting and waiting for its rice counterpart to catch up hehe. I also don’t worry about finding the cream cheese she has listed, I wish we could, but alas, our H-E-B doesn’t sell it and we are short on Trader Joes or other health food stores around here! I hope you give this one a try, I think you will like it!
An easy two pan meal, decent leftover too. If you want leftovers, you may want to double the rice, one bag of frozen cauliflower diced in my ninja chopper is really enough for just one meal for the two of us. Check out the link here and enjoy!
Looks yummy! Maybe I should give this recipe a try! Mom
