A lot of the recipes I feature here on my blog are recipes I have found that I love, and I want to keep them in one place where I can easily access them! Being in this crazy quarantine this year, I have found that some weeks I just wanted something new or different to eat. I’ve been following Mary’s Whole Life on Instagram for a while now, and she has SO many amazing recipes. She has Celiac’s disease, so many if not all of her recipes are Whole30/Paleo/Gluten free etc! These Southwest Salmon Cakes are one of them! And better yet, EASY to make and great left over! You know those are musts!

This recipe is so easy, canned salmon for one, just mix everything together and then shape into patties and bake! She also includes an avocado cream sauce which goes perfectly with them! My mouth is watering as we speak haha!
This was a really perfect meal for warmer weather too, kept me full but wasn’t overwhelming. To reheat them, just place in a skillet on the stove for a few minutes! Hope you enjoy them as much as we did!
