Today we spent our time at Epcot! If you missed the previous day at Animal Kingdom, you can find that post here! We really had such a great trip this time around, I was so nervous that it wasn’t going to be worth it with all of the COVID restrictions and things being different from our last trip, but it really was just as special as any other one we have taken!
The big boys started off their morning by writing down some things in a little note pad I gave them about our trip! I loved Jackson’s recaps of our days so much, and Jude was drawing the cutest pictures! I love that they sat down and did this unprompted!
This one was ready to keep us cool today! He has been begging for a spray fan all week so we finally said, “Oh Why not?!” haha, he has loved it!
Oh you know, just another casual shot of my cute coffee cup. 😉
Another day, another monorail ride! (Jenson was on the other side checking out the view.)
And we made it! Going to check out the big “golf ball” first!
On our way in, we got to see Minnie and Mickey again!
We got in line for Spaceship Earth! I love how this ride is pretty much unchanged from my childhood hehe!
We went over to the Sea area next and rode the Nemo ride!
And then walked around the aquarium section to check out some cool fish!
We ate lunch at the Land area and then hopped on the boat ride!
I love these moments just sitting and holding hands with the boys, so much good time together. 🙂
We headed around to Mexico first…normally we start towards Canada, but with our ride times the way we were, we needed to go this way and do the Frozen ride and then end over by the Ratatouille ride.
Another boat ride hehe! Are you even at Disney if you don’t do boat rides?!
I always love the inside of Mexico! And it smells delicious!
We waited in line for the Frozen ride, the boys had mixed feelings on this one haha…
This photo cracked me up, they were all a little nervous on that dip down haha! Jude officially said he did not enjoy this one because his pants got wet!
I love the entrance to China too!
We stopped in Germany for the boys to watch the little trains for a bit…
And to get a cold treat because it was HOT today! Whew!
Brain freeze hehe!
The good ol’ U.S.A.!
We stopped in Japan to buy some overpriced Pokemon toys… 😉
And then ended up in France to ride the new Ratatouille ride!
So, these glasses came off early on in this ride…very cute ride but not quite what my brain and tummy can handle! A little too much spinning and jerking you around for my taste, but Jude loved it! I think he liked how we were pretending to be a rat scuttling around on the floor and doing sneaky things haha…It was set up a lot like the Runaway Railway ride at Hollywood, with the smooth floor and no visible tracks.
We had to take a breather after that one haha… I kept trying to convince the boys to push me out of there! I can’t imagine why they said no!
I got kicked out and they piled in. 😉
I know Epcot may not be everyone’s favorite, but I love how beautiful and unique the countries are!
Au revoir France!
Can you tell we’ve been at the parks all week?! Got the pic and we are headed out!
I know a lot of people stay all day and do the shows at night but we just aren’t quite those people yet haha…we very much need our down time and have to be a little more selective with things just so we can actually enjoy our time here. 😉 Maybe one day!
Another cozy night in with dinner at the room and snuggling before bed! I can’t believe our last day before we travel home is tomorrow! Crazy crazy!
