This is such an easy go to meal for breakfast or even for dinner! We love a little brinner around here haha! This is easy to make a Whole30 meal, but honestly, it is best with a healthy sprinkle of cheese!! 😉 I feel like this is another no brainer kind of meal, but it’s nice to have it written out as a reminder even for myself!
Just scramble however many eggs you want, add some spinach, tomato, cheese, ham, pepperoni or bacon (whatever you want basically haha…) and cook it up in your skillet! Sprinkle with some sea salt and pepper and you are good to go! I usually try to add wahtever veggies I want first and then the meat, then the cheese. I feel like that order seems to do the best but honestly, you can through it all in the pan however you want, it’s hard to mess this one up! It’s a great little side with some toast for an easy dinner or something filling alone for breakfast.
