Boston & Vermont – October 2024: Day 6

We got up this morning and headed to downtown Stowe one more time!

Our first stop was to eat breakfast at “The Butler’s Pantry!” I had been waiting for a long time to eat here!

Get on that waitlist early because this place fills up quick!

This was, in fact, one of my favorite meals this week.

We walked around town a bit more before we headed out!

Just love all of these houses!

So pretty!

I loved the porch on this one too!

We came back to AWOL, packed and checked out!

Gold brook covered bridge was on my list to see before we left!

Here she is!

Thought this one was pretty!

Cold Cider Mill in Waterbury was next on my list!

My biggest regret was not ordering another cider to go, and MANY MANY more donuts haha! They were delicious!!!!!!!

Pro tip: Dunk the donut!

It is just so pretty, everywhere you look! People get to live here haha!

We headed down the road to make our way back to Boston!

Got a New Hampshire sign, mom!

Real life Christmas tree farm! I’m positive a Hallmark movie has been filmed here before haha!

We decided to take the long way back today, and drive down the Kancamagus Highway.

It’s supposed to have the most beautiful views of leave foliage in all of the United States.

I will say that I would have to agree!

Had to get the sign!

I could not stop looking, just so many vibrant colors!

So much brighter in person, it was unreal.

Somehow we lucked out with this trip and hit the peak time for leaf foliage!

I have so many pictures of leaves and trees on my phone from this trip haha!

We made a few stops along the way, there were so many look outs, it was SO hard to chose!

We loved this overlook!

Pemigewasset Overlook was just beautiful.

Again, the colors were just incredible.

Sabbaday Falls was our next stop, we walked down the trail to the falls.

This stop was packed with people, but it was worth it!

Made it to the top!

Loved these falls.

Pretty little spot.

It was an easy walk to the top.

Just loved all of the different angles and views.

The walkways were nice too. 🙂

Here’s us! 🙂

So peaceful at the bottom.

Back on the road again!

Just so many pretty views along the way.

We made some other stops, it was SO hard to pick and chose!

After a very long day of driving, we made it back to Massachusetts!

We found our hotel and got checked in! We loved the views of the river! Posts for the other days are below!
